Is Neural Marketing a deep-learning software company or neuroscience clinic?

No. We are a B2B marketing agency. “Neural” describes our insight-led approach to audience and messaging — not medical neuroscience, not ML API sales, not brain-training products. Neural Marketing delivers brand strategy, campaign planning, content direction and performance marketing with AI-assisted workflows from our Marina Bay studio. We do not sell deep-learning software licences, neural network APIs or clinical neuroscience services.

What is your human-in-the-loop AI policy?

Generative AI accelerates drafts for AI copy development, AI ad concepts, AI social content and AI audience insights. Every client-facing asset passes through strategist and creative director review before publication. Our agency team retains final authority on editorial direction, brand identity consistency and platform compliance. AI augments the marketing agency workflow — it does not replace human strategy, campaign planning judgement or client sign-off.

What do you NOT offer?

We do not sell bot engagement, purchased followers, spam automation or guaranteed ROI figures. We are not an AI/ML SaaS vendor, neuroscience clinic, life coaching service or get-rich-quick programme. We do not claim official Meta or Google partner badges without authorisation. We do not guarantee viral reach, specific growth rates or sales volumes from any marketing programme or marketing retainer engagement.

How long do engagements typically run?

Insight Audit diagnostics run approximately two weeks. Audience Signal Mapping and Neural Creative programmes typically span four to six weeks. Channel Orchestration Layer engagements run six weeks. Performance Signal Review cycles repeat every four weeks. Studio Retainer clients maintain ongoing monthly relationships with flexible scope prioritisation. Exact timelines are confirmed in your studio brief and statement of work.

What is the difference between a project and a marketing retainer?

Project-based programmes have fixed scope, deliverables and end dates — ideal for launches, audits or focused creative builds. A marketing retainer provides ongoing agency team access with monthly scope allocation across brand strategy, AI-assisted campaigns, content direction and performance marketing. Retainers start from S$8,500 per month; project programmes range from S$4,500 for audits to S$22,000 for full channel orchestration. Media spend and platform fees are quoted separately.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

Neural Marketing Pte. Ltd. complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Contact form data is collected only with explicit consent and used to respond to your enquiry. Do you comply with advertising platform policies?

Yes. Our creative studio reviews AI-assisted ad concepts and AI social content against platform advertising policies before submission. We advise clients on disclosure requirements for AI-generated assets where applicable. Campaign testing follows each platform's terms of service — we do not deploy deceptive practices, prohibited content categories or policy-violating automation.

How are case studies and metrics presented?

Metrics cited on this site or in client presentations are illustrative and anonymised unless explicit written permission is granted. We report marketing outcomes honestly — reach, engagement quality, conversion paths and creative performance — without promising specific ROI percentages or viral spread. Past campaign intelligence informs recommendations but does not guarantee future marketing outcomes.
