Cookie Policy
How Neural Marketing Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on neuralmarketing.pro, and how you can manage your preferences.
Last updated: 24 June 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, maintain security and understand how visitors use pages. Similar technologies include local storage entries and pixel tags used for analytics or advertising attribution. This Cookie Policy explains how Neural Marketing Pte. Ltd. uses these technologies on neuralmarketing.pro.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories: Essential, Analytics and Marketing. Essential cookies are required for basic site operation and cannot be disabled through our consent banner. Analytics and Marketing cookies are optional — you may accept all, reject all or customise your choices via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit and available through browser controls thereafter.
Your consent preferences are stored in a cookie named nm_cookie_consent for six months. After expiry, the banner reappears so you can review or change your choices. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the Website, though some features such as anonymised traffic measurement may be limited.
3. Cookie categories
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take — such as submitting a form with PDPA consent or saving cookie preferences.
- nm_cookie_consent — Stores your cookie consent choices (necessary, analytics, marketing flags). Duration: 6 months. Provider: Neural Marketing (first-party).
- Session cookies — Maintain security and form integrity during your visit. Duration: session. Provider: hosting infrastructure (first-party).
Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Website by collecting anonymised or aggregated information — such as pages viewed, time on site and referral sources. We use this data to improve content, navigation and programme descriptions. Analytics cookies are only activated if you accept them via the cookie banner or select them in Customise mode.
- Analytics identifiers — May include vendor-specific cookies for traffic measurement (e.g. page views, bounce rate, device type). Typical duration: up to 13 months per vendor default, subject to your consent renewal every 6 months through our banner cycle. Providers: configured analytics vendors as deployed.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies may be set to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns and attribute visits to referral sources. They are not used to sell your data. Marketing cookies are only activated with your consent.
- Attribution tags — Campaign source parameters and conversion tracking for Neural Marketing's own B2B marketing efforts. Typical duration: up to 90 days to 13 months depending on vendor. Providers: advertising and tag management platforms as configured.
4. Consent banner controls
When you first visit neuralmarketing.pro, a banner offers three options:
- Accept all — Enables Essential, Analytics and Marketing cookies.
- Reject all — Enables Essential cookies only; Analytics and Marketing remain disabled.
- Customise — Opens a modal where you can toggle Analytics and Marketing individually before saving preferences.
Your selection is stored for six months in the nm_cookie_consent cookie as a JSON object. You may change preferences at any time by clearing site cookies in your browser and revisiting the site, or by contacting us at [email protected].
5. Third-party vendors
Where optional Analytics or Marketing cookies are enabled, data may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our instructions. These providers may process data on servers outside Singapore. We select vendors with appropriate data protection commitments and configure them to minimise personal data collection. Specific vendor names and cookie identifiers may change as our tooling evolves — material changes will be reflected in updates to this policy.
6. Browser controls and opt-out
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may affect Website functionality including consent memory and form security features. For browser-specific guidance, consult your browser's help documentation. Industry opt-out tools for interest-based advertising may also be available depending on your region and browser.
7. Relationship to Privacy Policy
Information collected through cookies may constitute personal data under the PDPA when linked to identifiable individuals. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data, your rights and contact details for the Data Protection Officer. Cookie data is retained according to the durations stated above and vendor schedules, or until you withdraw consent where applicable.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, vendors or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acknowledgement where permitted by law.
